Online Reservation Terms & Conditions
By using the online booking facility on this website or through STAAH system, you hereby agree to the Notice, Terms and Conditions set forth below:
Full payment will be charged after the payment details are confirmed by DOKU (Nusa Satu Inti Artha PT) as the Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) service provider, except when the booking is made under Pay at Hotel terms.
This reservation is non-refundable and can neither be cancelled nor modified.
Rates are based on Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes and service charges (21%)
In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid to the Hotel cannot be refunded.
Check-in time is from 14:00 local time and check out time is until 12:00 local time.
Children above 6 years old are charged with rates for Adult.
Exchange rates provided (if applicable) are for reference only. All payments will be charged using IDR based on the IPGs exchange rates on that day.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations made in case of suspicions of fraudulent, criminal, or inappropriate actions or under other circumstances in which those reservations are made illegitimately or due to errors or mistakes.
Hotel may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Booking information, i.e. Booking ID / reference, dates of stay, room type(s), package type(s), room rate information, total purchase amount, your approximate IP-based location, device and browser type, transaction audit log / user behavior, etc.

Payment method (bank transfer / credit card) but not your card details
